Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Dr. Loev is pleased to be practicing Pain Management in the Mid-Atlantic area.  Dr. Loev is married and has three children.  In his free time, he enjoys family time, tennis, swimming and fishing.  Dr. Loev has lectured at many physician conferences and authored several journal articles on innovative pain management techniques.  He is frequently voted by other physicians in the Washington D.C. area as on the "Washington Top Doctors in the field of Pain Management".  He is a regarded member of the following professional organizations:
